DCM team dare - Recycle!

This week we have a team dare for you ....and we have been looking at Recycling once again. BUT there is a tiny twist! (you'd expect no less eh?) We want you to have a look at old shop bought greetings cards, wrapping paper or gift bags which you have received in the past and recycle any elements to make a card of your own.
You could use them to make backgrounds, cut small focus pieces out, or use the flowers, ribbon and other interesting bits and pieces that are often attached to the cards.

Another tricky one for me as I tend to recycle shop bought cards. I did find an old anniversary card in the bottom of a drawer which looks like it's been trampled on but beggars can't be choosers! lol

I used a red square card blank, Basic grey paper, a paperartsy stamp and lots of doodling.

Great job! Agree with Lythan, I love the doodles too.
Now, as I have a large box of old cards cos I'm a hoarder but have never got round to using them, I'm off to that challenge!

This looks fab Jozza. I only thought about doing a photo of the original AFTER I'd hacked it to bits!

I love the way you've rearranged the little hearts and the way it now looks nothing like the original card.
